1. The instant bail application has been filed by the petitioner
under Section 483 BNSS who has been arrested in connection with
the FIR No.61/2024 dated 24.06.2024 registered at the Police
Station Khatu Badi, District Nagaur, for the offences under
Sections 307, 341, 387, 364-A/511 IPC and Section 3/25 of the
Arms Act.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the co-
accused persons namely Shaitanram, Bajran Leel @ Bula and
Dinesh Raika have been enlarged on bail by a Co-ordinate Bench
of this Court passed in SBCRLMB Nos.14504/2024, 13163/2024 &
11963/2024 vide orders dated 04.02.2025 and 07.11.2024
respectively. He further submits that the case of the petitioner is
similarly situated to the aforesaid co-accused. He further submits
that charge-sheet has been filed and there is no recovery due
against the petitioner. He further submits that the trial of the case

will take long time, therefore, the petitioner may be enlarged on
bail.
