This contempt proceeding is initiated under Article 215 of the

Constitution of India and under Section 12 of the Contempt of Court’s Act, 1971

praying for taking congnizance and for awarding appropriate punishments to the

respondent/contemnor for his willful disobedience and contempt of this Court’s

judgment and order dated 23.11.2023 passed in W.A. No. 75 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu is

present before this Court physically and similarly, learned counsel for the

respondent, Mr. RK Milan is also present before this Court physically.

But, it does not arise for consideration of the reasons stated in the

contempt proceeding for awarding punishment.

Keeping in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for

the petitioner that this contempt proceeding does not survive for consideration

and consequently, becomes infructuous.
