                                  ------

CORAM: – HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH

—–

For the Petitioner : Md. Imran Beig, Advocate
For the State : Mr. Rajesh Kumar, A.P.P.
                                          ---
02/18.07.2025
               Heard the parties.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tebo P.S.
Case No.05 of 2024 (S.T. Case No.339 of 2024), for the offences registered
under Sections 385, 386, 387, 120-B/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-A),
25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending
in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Chakradharpur at
Chaibasa.

Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide
B.A. No.10235 of 2024 by order dated 11.02.2025.

During the intervening period of 04/05.05.2024, Tebo police on the
basis of confidential information that some criminals had assembled near Tebo
forest, raided the place of occurrence. The petitioner along with co-accused
Iliyas Surin was apprehended from there, while other accused persons
managed to escape.

It appears that firearm was recovered from the possession of co-accused
Iliyas Surin, while a mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the
petitioner.

It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2024.
Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the
petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be
released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty
thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of
learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Chakradharpur at Chaibasa, in
connection with Tebo P.S. Case No.05 of 2024 (S.T. Case No.339 of 2024).
