1. This is an application for condonation of delay of 348 days
in filing the Appeal against the impugned Judgment dated 28.05.2024 and
passed by the learned Special Judge, (POCSO), West Garo Hills, Tura in
Special POCSO Case No. 43 of 2020, whereby the applicant/appellant
has been convicted under Section-5(m)/6 of the POCSO Act, and vide
impugned Order dated 29.05.2024 in Special POCSO Case No. 43 of
2020, sentenced to undergo 22(Twenty Two) years of rigorous
imprisonment, accompanied with a fine.
2. We have perused the application for condonation, and we are
satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out in explaining the delay.
