Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for

the complainant and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the

material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned

counsel for the complainant jointly submits that the compromise

qua the petitioners have already been entered with the

complainant. Learned counsel for the parties has drawn attention

of this Court towards the compromise dated 05.07.2025 annexed

with the present bail application. Learned counsel submits that the

petitioners are in judicial custody since long and the trial of the

case will take sufficiently long time, therefore, the benefit of bail

may be granted to the accused-petitioners.

Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has not objected to the

factum of compromise entered into between the parties.

Having considered the rival submissions, facts and

circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on

merits/demerits of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the

petitioners on bail.

Consequently, these bail applications under Section 483 of

BNSS (439 Cr.P.C.) are allowed. It is ordered that the accused-

petitioner (1) Amit Verma @ Sonu S/o Ramesh Verma and

(2) Abhay Kumar S/o Nandu Prasad Soni, arrested in

connection with F.I.R. No.25/2025 registered at Police Station

Bhirani, District Hanumangarh, shall be released on bail, if not

wanted in any other case, provided they furnishes a personal bond

of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each, to the
