1. The instant Criminal Revision Petition under Section 397 r/w
401 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner against the order
dated 3.10.2009 passed by Additional Session Judge, Bhinmal in
Criminal Revision Petition No.16/2009, by which he allowed the
revision petition and set-aside the order dated 24.8.2009 passed
by the learned Sub-Division Magistrate, Sanchore by which the
possession of the attached property in question was ordered to be
handed over to the petitioners which in revision petition was
ordered to be attached till the final disposal of the civil suit
pending between the parties.
