under Sections 420, 409 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code. He
apprehends his arrest and his anticipatory bail application
was dismissed by the High Court under the order impugned.
Being aggrieved, he had approached this Court and vide order
dated 30.04.2025, this Court while issuing notice, granted
interim protection to the petitioner subject to cooperation
in the investigation.
