This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C.,1973’) seeking
quashment of the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime
No.493 of 2024 of Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad.
2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime
No.493 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under
Sections 447, 427, 384 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian
Penal Code, 1860 (for short ‘IPC’).
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge
sheet was filed against the petitioners and numbered as C.C.No.362
of 2025.
4. Having regard to the development in the proceedings and as
the petitioners have to reconstruct and strategize the pleadings,
granting liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application to
challenge the precipitated proceedings, if so advised, this Criminal
Petition is disposed of.
