This case is the result of charge sheet filed by the complainant
Police against the accused persons for the offence punishable u/s.143,
144, 148, 341, 504, 506, 307 r/w Sec.149 of IPC and Sec.27 of Arms
Act.
2. Facts of the case of prosecution are that:
On 03.11.2021, midnight at 12.05 a.m. when the C.W.1 was in his
crackers shop in Udayabhanu Playground K.G.Nagar Bull Temple
road, the accused persons came in the motorcycles No.KA-51/EB-
1801 and KA-05/KE-2867 and demanded C.W.1 for crackers by name
100 shorts and as he told the accused persons about unavailability of
the same, they picked up quarrel with C.W.1, abused him in filthy
words, and assaulted him with a long and caused bleeding injury to his
left hand and when C.W.2 came for the rescue of C.W.1, the accused
persons tried to assault C.W.2, and the accused persons attempted to
commit murder of C.W.1.
