3 Rule is made returnable forthwith with the consent of

the parties and is taken up for final disposal.

4 By this petition preferred under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks the following

substantive reliefs:

“a) a direction to the Respondent No.2-Maharashtra
Real Estate Regulatory Authority to expeditiously and in

WP-L-11502-2025-J.doc

a time bound manner pass the final order in the
execution/non-compliance proceedings being
CC006000000195324/ APPL/NC/2 in the Complaint
No. CC006000000195324 of 2020, which was reserved
for orders on 21.03.2024;
