absence of the respondents.
2. This is an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation
Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘said act’). The sole Arbitrator has
made and published his award on April 2, 2025 in AP/400/2023. The
relevant portion of the award is quoted below:-
“I) That the 50% share in the Partnership Business of the
Firm, M/s. Karthick Chandra Dey, as claimed by Ms.
Paromita Kundu, the Claimant, can be granted only after
the issue of the alleged forged signature of the late Tarun
Kumar Dey in the Supplementary Deed of Partnership
dated 3rd April, 2018 is ultimately resolved by a competent
Court of Law;
