1. The petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section
483 of BNSS in FIR No. 53/2015 registered at Police Station Kherli,
District Alwar, for offences under Sections 504, 307 and 120B of
IPC and 3/25 of Arms Act.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned
Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a case
of bail jump. From the material available on record, it appears that
the petitioner was granted bail on 20.06.2016 thereafter due to
absence of the petitioner his bail bond is forfeited on 11.09.2023.
The material witnesses have been recorded and petitioner is ready
to cooperate with the trial.
