Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/25 of the Arms Act and Sections

37(1)(3) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

We have been informed that Section 313 Cr.P.C. statement has

been recorded and now the matter has been adjourned for examination

of defence witnesses.

Considering the stage of trial, we see absolutely no reason to

interfere with the impugned order in exercise of our jurisdiction

under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The Special Leave

Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, is/are disposed

of.
