the CBI, the learned ASG appearing for the

Directorate of Enforcement, the learned Senior

counsel, and counsel appearing for the

parties, at length.

3. In all of these matters, the

appellants/petitioners have been arrayed as

accused either for the predicate offence or

for the offences punishable under Sections 3

and 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering

Act, 2002 (for short, ‘the PMLA’) or for both.
