Per Hon’ble Mr. Sandeep Shah, J:
The present appeal is directed against the judgment dated
29th November 2022 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17316 of
2022 titled “Chander Shekhar v. State of Rajasthan”, whereby the
learned Single Judge allowed the writ petition filed by the
petitioner and directed the respondent (present appellants) to
countersign the experience certificate of the petitioner and to
grant the bonus marks to the petitioner, pursuant to Rule 273 of
the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996 (hereinafter referred to
[2025:RJ-JD:29365-DB] (2 of 12) [SAW-538/2025]
as Rules of 1996 for brevity) for the work undertaken by him in
the scheme under the Panchayat Raj Department.
