1. The applicant who is in custody since 06.01.2023 has renewed the prayer
for grant of regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No.09 of 2023 arising out
of Pokartanr P.S. Case No.01 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections
363/34, 366-A, 302/34, 201/34, 120-B, 376 of IPC and Sections 4/ 6/ 8/ and 12 of
the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Simdega.
2. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected on merit vide
order dated 31.08.2024 passed in B.A. No.3859 of 2024.
3. From perusal of the report submitted by the court below, it appears that
the I.O. and one independent witness are yet to be examined.
4. Let a personal affidavit be filed by the Superintendent of Police, Simdega
regarding non production for examination of the I.O. and the independent witness.
5. Put up this case on 01.08.2025.
