For the reasons stated in the application, the same is
allowed and the requirement of filing certified copy of FIR is
dispensed with. The petitioner shall file the same within one
week.

The petitioner has challenged FIR No. 19/2025 for offences
under Sections 420, 406, 467 and 506 of IPC registered with
Police Station, Rajpora, District Pulwama.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has, submitted that the
contents of the impugned FIR do not disclose any offence. In
fact, the impugned FIR is lacking details as to what has been
alleged against the petitioner by the complainant.
