This appeal challenges the judgment and order
dated 17.03.2025 passed by the High Court of Madhya
Pradesh, Jabalpur Bench in Misc. Criminal Case No.
52668 of 2024.
The appellant, Pool Singh Choure has been facing
trial in connection with a crime registered pursuant to
First Information Report No.54 of 2021 dated 30.01.2021
lodged with Police Station Chhindwara, District
Chhindwara in respect of offences punishable under
Sections 409, 420, 120-B and Section 34 of the Indian
Penal Code, 1860 (for short “IPC”).
