02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner as well as
learned counsel for the Informant and learned counsel for the State.
Perused the application as well as documents annexed thereto.
3. By filing the present application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,
the Petitioner seeks to invoke the inherent jurisdiction of this Court to
quash the criminal proceeding in Special Case No.69 of 2018,
corresponding to Ghatgaon P.S. Case No.165 of 2018, pending in the
file of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Keonjhar. The
aforesaid case was registered at the instance of the Informant-
