1. The present application under Section 378(3) of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 19731 filed by the State, seeks leave to appeal against judgment
dated 13th January, 2015 passed by the ASJ-04, Dwarka Courts, in Sessions
Case No. 83/2014 emanating from FIR No. 212/2012 registered at P.S.
Kapashera. By the said order, the Trial Court has acquitted the Respondent
of the charges under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.2
