Amartya Legal is hiring Position – Paralegal Intern (IP Law – Trademarks). It is looking to hire a Paralegal Intern to assist in trademark filing and prosecution work (both Indian and international).
Eligibility
PQE – 5th Year Law Student
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements – Strong interest in Intellectual Property Law, especially Trademarks. Basic understanding of Indian and International Trademark laws, Good command over written and spoken English,
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and internet-based research tools.
Responsibilities
The role will involve: Drafting and filing trademark applications, Preparing responses to examination reports, Conducting trademark availability searches, Assisting with international filings via WIPO (Madrid Protocol), Managing IP portfolios, databases, and deadlines, Coordinating with clients and trademark offices, Performing general legal and administrative duties related to the IP division.
This internship is ideal for a final-year law student who is eager to gain practical exposure and grow into a long-term paralegal or associate role in the firm.
