1. The present petition has been filed under Section

25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short “CPC”)

by the petitioner/wife seeking transfer of petition for

restitution of conjugal rights bearing O.S. No.856 of 2024

titled “Rahul Kumar v. Vandana Kumari” pending before the

Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at

Dhanbad, Jharkhand to the Court of the Principal Judge,

Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur, Bihar.

2. Having heard the learned counsels for the parties

and taking into consideration the fact that the

respondent/husband is already appearing in the Complaint

Case No. 2300/2024 which is pending at the Court of CJM,

Vaishali, Bihar, we are of the opinion that interests of

justice require that the petition should be allowed.

3. Records shall be sent by the Court where
