Instant criminal revision petition under Section 397/401
Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner/complainant against the
judgment dated 11.04.2007, passed by learned Special Judge
(SC/ST) (Prevention of Atrocities Cases) (District & Sessions
Judge) Balotra, in Sessions Case (SC/ST) No.23/2006 whereby the
learned court acquitted the respondents No.2 & 3 from offence
under Section 3(i)(x) of SC/ST Act.
Brief facts of the case are that petitioner/complainant gave a
report while stating that on 05.09.2004 while he was going to the
public well to fill water from his field the accused respondents
came and deliberately insulted, assaulted and threatened him. The
petitioner was rescued by Pema Ram, Prabhu Ram and others. On
the basis of said report filed by the petitioner/complainant, an FIR
to the concerned Police Station.
