The present criminal appeal has been filed under Section
374(2) Cr.P.C. against the judgment dated 18.08.2018 passed by
learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rajsamand in Sessions Case
No.01/2016 whereby the learned trial Court convicted the
appellant for offence under Sections 302 and 460, IPC and passed
the following sentences :-

1. 302 IPC Life imprisonment alongwith fine of
Rs.10,000/-, in default of payment of fine,
to undergo two months additional simple
imprisonment.
2. 460 IPC Life imprisonment alongwith fine of
Rs.10,000/-, in default of payment of fine,
to undergo two months additional simple
imprisonment.
