4. The present application under Section 528 of BNSS has
been filed on behalf of the Applicant – Virendra Singh Makhloga,
against the Respondent No.3, challenging the entire proceedings of
Criminal Case No.1176 of 2025, under Sections 420, 427, 466,
467, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC and under Section 63 and 63B of
Copyrights Act and under Section 66 and 66C of IT Act, pending
in the court of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Dehradun, be quashed.
