Instant revision petition under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has
been filed by the petitioners challenging the judgment dated
03.01.2008 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge
Raisinghnagar, District Sriganganagar, (hereinafter referred to as
‘the appellate court’) in Criminal Appeal No.14/2007 & 23/2007 by
which the appellate court dismissed both the appeals of the
petitioners and upheld the judgment dated 19.05.2007 passed by
the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raisinghnagar, District
Sriganganagar, (hereinafter referred to as ‘the trial court’) in
[2025:RJ-JD:33763] (2 of 4) [CRLR-63/2008]
Criminal Case No.409/2000, whereby, the learned trial court
convicted and sentenced the present petitioners as under :-
