The Vyalikaval Police have filed this charge sheet
against the accused for the offences punishable U/s.20(b) (ii)
(B) of NDPS Act.
2. It is the case of prosecution that on 22.08.2022 when
CW-1 was present in the police station, he received a credible
information at 1.00 p.m, stating that some unknown person
has come near 17th Cross, Ayyappaswamy Temple Road for
the purpose of selling ganja to the public. Therefore, CW-1
had secured CW-2 and 3 as panchas and reached to the spot
along with CW-5 to 7 and secured the accused. On
verification it was found that the accused was in possession
of ganja weighing 1 kg 130 gms. On the above said facts as
per the report submitted by the first informant, this case has
been registered against the accused for the commission of
offence referred above.
