Learned counsel for the appellants, Mr. N. Jasobanta is on record
and similarly, learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. Harish Moosa is on record.
However, keeping in view of the provision of Order 10 of CPC and
inclusive of Section 89 of CPC, these matters are required to refer to the Mediation
Center, High Court of Manipur to explore possibility for amicable settlement
between the parties.
Accordingly, these matters be referred to the Mediation Center and
be scheduled on 14.08.2025.
Both the parties be present before the Mediator on the aforesaid
date at 01:00 p.m.
In the meanwhile, the Union of India & 3 Ors. in these proceedings
be directed to depute suitable official(s) to be present before the Mediator.
Registry is directed to forward the required materials to the
Mediation Center for the purpose of reference.
