1. An Application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for recall of
the Order dated 24.07.2025 vide which the Petition was Dismissed in
Default.
2. It is submitted by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that since he was
busy in another Court, he could not appear before this Court on 24.07.2025,
on account of which the Petition CRL.M.C.No.290/2025 was Dismissed in
Default.
