1. Heard Ms. Nivedita Nirvikar, learned Senior
Counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The application has been filed for quashing of the
order dated 23.09.2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate,
Gaya whereby the learned court took cognizance under Sections
323, 458 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners
for the commissions of offence punishable under Sections 142,
148, 149, 166, 170, 171, 323, 324, 325, 302, 307, 379 and 380
of the I.P.C. in the compliant case no. 745/2021 filed by the O.P.
No. 2.

3. Issue notice to the Opposite Party No. 2 under
registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process for which
requisites etc., must be filed within two weeks from today;
failing which, this application shall stand rejected.
4. List this case on 01.09.2025.
5. During pendency of the application, further
proceedings of Complaint Case No. 745/2021, pending in the
concerned court below, qua the petitioners, shall remain stayed.
