Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the
petitioner submits that there are incurable defects in the
anticipatory bail application. As such, the petitioner
would not like to press the same and would instead file a
proper application on the self-same grounds.
2. On such prayer, the application for anticipatory bail is
dismissed as withdrawn.
3. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from
filing a proper application afresh on the self-same
grounds.
4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for,
be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite
formalities.
