Order

01/08/2025

1. The present interim bail application under Section 483 of

BNSS (corresponding to Section 439 Cr.P.C.) has been filed by the

petitioner on the ground of his father’s illness.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no

clear evidence connecting the petitioner to the alleged offence and

that he has been falsely implicated. It is further submitted that

the learned Trial Court wrongly rejected the prayer for interim bail,

ignoring the genuine ground that the petitioner’s father is

seriously ill and requires treatment outside the city, with no other

family member available to attend to him. The petitioner is ready

to furnish surety and comply with all conditions imposed by the

Court. It is therefore prayed that the petitioner may be released

on interim bail for a period of 30 days.
