01.   1.      Learned counsel Mr. Routray submits that he

has entered appearance on behalf of the Informant
by filing Vakalatanama on 30.07.2025.

2. Mr. D. Sarangi, learned counsel appearing for
the Petitioner also submits that though he has filed
vakalatanama on behalf of the Petitioners, his name
is not reflected in the brief as well as in the cause list.

3. Registry is requested to verify. Name of
learned counsel Mr. Sarangi and Mr. Routray
appearing for the respective parties be reflected in the
file, cause list as well as web portal of this Court.

4. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner,
learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for
the Informant.

5. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with G.R. Case No.638 of 2025 pending
on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara arising out
of Nimapara P.S. Case No.178 of 2025 for
commission of offences punishable under Sections
294
/313/323/498-A/506/509/34 of IPC read with
Section 4 of DP Act.

6. Learned counsel for the Informant seeks an
adjournment to obtain instruction as to whether there
is any for any reconciliation.

7. List this matter on 08.09.2025.

8. As an interim measure, it is directed that the
Petitioner shall not be taken into custody in
connection with the aforesaid case, till the next date.

9. It is needless to say that the Petitioner shall
cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
