1. Heard SriShashank Shekhar Shukla, the learned counsel for the applicant as well asSri Manish Kumar Pandey,learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the file, including the Annexures attached therewith.

2. The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to allow the applicants to submit personal bonds and two sureties in one case which should be sufficient in rest twenty-nine (29) cases in which the applicant(s) has been granted bail/anticipatory bail.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that it is impossible for the applicants to submit separate sureties in each case in which they have been granted bail/anticipatory bail. The learned counsel further submits that in all the said case crime numbers and in the related criminal proceedings this Hon’ble Court has been pleased to pass interim orders in favour of the applicants. Despite the orders having been granted, the applicants are still in jail inasmuch as they being a poor person are unable to produce the sureties in each case, details of which are as follows-
