1. The instant application for suspension of sentence has been
moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated
01.03.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge (Commission for
Protection of Rights of Children Act 2005) Cases Hanumangarh in
Sessions Case No.04/2022 whereby he was convicted and
sentenced to suffer maximum imprisonment of six years’ SI along
with a fine of Rs.3,000/- under Sections 3/4(2) and 5(l)/6 of
POCSO Act for each count and lesser punishment for the other
offences under Sections 366 of IPC and convicted under Sections
376(2)(n), 376(2) of IPC.
