Through the medium of the present petition, the

petitioner has challenged his arrest in FIR No. 242/2023 for

offences under Sections 8/21/22/27-A/29 of NDPS Act read with

Section 467/468/471/120-B/121/121-A IPC and Section

18/21/39/40 of UAP Act registered with Police Station Banihal on

the ground that grounds of arrest have not been furnished to him.

Heard and considered.

Issue notice to the respondents subject to the petitioner’s

taking necessary steps within a week’s time.
