1. By the present application filed under Section 439 of the
Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as
“Cr.P.C.”), the applicant seeks to be released on regular bail in
connection with Crime Register No.198 of 2023, registered with
Wagle Estate Police Station, for offences punishable under Sections
420, 406, 409, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter
referred to as “IPC”), and also under Section 3 of the Maharashtra
Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)
Act, 1999 (hereinafter referred to as “MPID Act”).
