The P.S.I., of Vijayanagar Police Station, Bengaluru
has filed the charge sheet against the accused Nos.1 to
7 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147,
148, 448, 323, 354, 427, 435, 307 and 120(B) r/w.
Section 149 of IPC.
2. The learned Magistrate after complying with the
provisions under Section 207 Cr.P.C., has committed the
case against the accused Nos.1, 4 and 7 under Section
209 of Cr.P.C., to the Court of Hon’ble Prl. City Civil &
Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, as the offence under Section
307 of IPC is exclusively triable by the Court of
Sessions. After committal of the case, the case is
made over to this court for trial in accordance with law.
