The Hebbal Range Excise Police have filed this charge
sheet against the accused for the offences punishable
U/s.20(b)(ii)(B), 28, 8(C) of NDPS Act, 1985.
2. It is the case of prosecution that on 27.12.2022 the first
informant received credible information stating that one
unknown person is coming infront of St.Camilous Dispensary
Gate situated in Hennur Main Road, Kalyananagar Post with
the intention of selling ganja to the public. Therefore, the first
informant secured panchas and reached to the above said
spot. At that time, the accused came to be said spot and on
suspicion he was secured. On verification it was found that
the accused was carrying the ganja balls weighing 1 kg 400
gms. The said ganja balls were seized in presence of the
panchas. As per the report submitted by the first informant,
this case has been registered against the accused for the
commission of offences referred above. After investigation,
charge sheet has been filed before the court.
