CRIMINAL PETITION No.5136 of 2024
ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘BNSS, 2023’)
seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.164 of
2022 on the file of Wanaparthy Police Station, Wanaparthy
District, against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2.
2. Heard Mr.Mohd.Ghulam Rasool, learned counsel for
the petitioners and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned
Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent
No.1-State.
3. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in
Crime No.164 of 2022 for the offences under Sections384,
420, 406 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 43, 65, 66, 66-B,
66-D of Information Technology Act, 2000-2008.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that
charge sheet was filed against the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 and
numbered as C.C.No.462 of 2025.
5. Having regard to the development, as the petitioners
have to verify the record and recalibrate their pleadings and
place the relevant materials, granting liberty to file
appropriate application after going through the material, this
Criminal Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand
closed.
