1. By way of this petition filed under Section 25 CPC, the
petitioner – wife seeks transfer of C.P. Petition No. 54 of 2024
titled “A. Devi Prasad vs. K. Ramyavani” filed by the respondent –
husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for
restitution of conjugal rights, pending before the Family Court at
Rayagada, Odisha to the District & Sessions Judges Court,
Midnapore, District Paschim Medinipur, State of West Bengal.
2. The respondent-husband, although served with the notice issued
by this Court yet has chosen not to remain present before this
Court either in-person or through an advocate.
