Since the matter was already fixed for final hearing and
posted today, Learned counsel who appears for the CBI informed
this Court that for some of the paper books were not handed over
by the CBI and he has also sent letters to the CBI for supplying
the said paper books.
Therefore, today learned counsel who appears for the
respondent/CBI seeks adjournment on 25.09.2019.
The counsel for the appellant also agreed for the same
to get proper instruction to advance their arguments on 25.09.209
without fail and if he is not ready on that day and no parties
present on that day, this Court will proceed the case without giving
any adjournment.
Therefore, Registry is directed to post the matter on
25.09.2019 at 2 PM.
