S.S. Mishra, J. The present criminal appeal filed by the appellant
under Section 374 (2) of Cr.P.C. is directed against the judgment of
conviction and order of sentence dated 13.02.2008/05.04.2008 passed by
the learned Special Judge, Sonepur in Sessions Case No. 13 of 2007,
whereby the learned trial Court has convicted the appellant under
Sections 458 and 354 IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for one
year and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/-, in default R.I. for one month under
Section 458 IPC and R.I. for one year under Section 354 of IPC.
