This Civil Second Appeal has been filed by the appellants-
defendants (for short ‘the defendants’) against the judgment and
decree dated 28.03.2017 passed by Additional District & Sessions
Judge No.13, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur (for short ‘the appellate
court’) in Civil Regular Appeal No.03/2013, whereby the appeal
filed by the respondent-plaintiff (for short ‘the plaintiff’) has been
partly allowed and reversed the judgment and decree dated
23.01.2013 passed by Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) No.2, Jaipur
Metropolitan, Jaipur (for short ‘the trial court’) in Civil Suit
No.368/2010, by which the suit for declaration filed by the plaintiff
has been dismissed.
