Eligibility

Demonstrated ability to provide accurate legal advice and draft legal documents.
Roles and Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as required.

Support leadership in risk management and legal strategy formulation.
