1. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.05.2023 passed by
the Principal District Judge, Baramulla, whereby leave to defend was
granted to the defendant (petitioner herein) subject to the condition of
depositing a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) before the
said Court on or before 27.07.2023

2. Mr. N.H. Shah, learned Senior Counsel for the respondents, has
produced a copy of judgment dated 28.07.2023 passed by the
Principal District Judge, Baramulla, whereby the suit has been
decreed under Order XXXVII Rule 3(b) CPC, entitling the plaintiff to
recover a sum of Rs. 6,16,000/- along with interest @ 8% per annum.
The copy of the judgment dated 28.07.2023 is taken on record.

3. Mr. Hamza Prince, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks and is
granted time to obtain and report instructions on the next date of
hearing.

4. List on 1st September, 2025.
