Heard the learned Advocate General for the State respondent, as also
the other counsels appearing for the petitioners in the connected matters.

The taking up of these matters is on the prayer of the learned AG
who has submitted before this Court that the instant Transfer Petitions will
in nowhere be in conflict with the pending Special Leave Petition arising
out of the judgment passed in Komerchand Sing Wanrieh vs. State of
Meghalaya & Ors. reported in 2023 SCC OnLine Megh 51.

The learned AG also to provide a copy of the SLP on the next date,
to enable this Court to peruse the same for further orders.
