Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned
APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kothi
P.S. Case No. 6 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable
under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 365, 324, 307, 387,
379, 120(B), 506 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioners have misused the privilege of bail
granted by the Court below. They are in custody since
28.04.2025.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
case, this application is allowed.
5. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49146 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025

bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been
framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-1st
Sherghati, Gaya/ concerned Court in connection with Kothi P.S.
Case No. 6 of 2014, subject to the condition that they will co-
operate in the trial and will appear personally or through their
lawyer on the date fixed in the trial. Non-compliance of the
above condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of
the petitioners.
