counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with
Cyber P.S. Case No. 28/2020 registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B,
34 of the I.P.C. and under section 66-C, 66D of I.T Act, pending in the Court of
learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamshedpur.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been
recovered from the possession of the petitioner and on the basis of confessional
statement of co-accused Kaushik Sarkar wherein he made allegation that petitioner
was also his associate however, petitioner is having criminal antecedent which is
disclosed in para 15 of the petition.
