This writ petition is disposed of in following terms as agreed

and requested by the learned counsels for the respective parties:-

1. The award impugned dated 03.05.2019 passed by the

learned Labour Court, Kota in LCR No.1/2022 is quashed

and set aside.

2. The petitioner-workman is held entitled for a lump

sum compensation of ₹1,50,000/-.

3. The aforesaid payment shall be made by the

respondents within a period of eight weeks from today

failing which it shall carry interest @ 9% per annum from

today and the Officer(s) responsible for delay would bear

the interest component.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
